Where are the workshops held?

Workshops are held in the custom built virtual classroom.

How do I book into a class?

All current workshops are listed in the WORKSHOP AREA. You will see a sneak peek of the class and a class description. LIVE workshops will have a registration period. Instant classes are accessible as soon as payment is received unless otherwise stated.

Are ALL the workshops LIVE?

No, not all of our workshops are LIVE.

How much does a class cost?

Our class fees vary depending on the type of class being run. Some classes are quick, simple workshops while others will be more complex or even run over a period of time such as several weeks. Prices will be determined accordingly.

Do you provide the opportunity to purchase a kit with all classes?

We are working hard to offer a selection of exclusively designed, limited edition products and kits to accompany our classes. At this stage only some of our classes will have a kit available for purchase.

How is payment made?

We accept Paypal and direct deposit for payments at this stage.

What do the Support Team do?

The Support Team combine their talents to create additional samples for all classes. This way we can offer samples showcasing different styles, photos, colours and sizes.

Can I cancel a class?

No. Once your payment has been received you are unable to cancel a class. If you aren’t able to attend the LIVE workshop at the designated time you will have the opportunity after the class has run to access the classroom and complete the project in your own time.

I am only a craft beginner. Will I be able to keep up with the class?

Our classes have been designed to suit all skill levels and your tutor is always there to help if you have any questions.

What do I get for my class fee?

You will receive full access to the classroom for the duration of the workshop. Once in the classroom you will be able to see the full class sample, a detailed supplies list, plenty of extra samples, a downloadable handout (which you can print out) plus detailed step by step instructions including lots of photographs of each step. You will also be able to communicate with your tutor and fellow students plus share and view each other’s finished projects in the workshop gallery.

Is scrapbooking the only type of craft class you offer?

While primarily our main classes are scrapbook related, we are excited about introducing a variety of different craft classes.

Do I need my craft/work area to be next to my computer during live classes?

Ideally, a workspace next to your computer works best BUT isn’t essential during classes as long as you are comfortable working between your workspace and computer.

How do I communicate with my tutor?

You can communicate with your tutor by leaving a message in the classroom in the comments section, emailing directly or using the live chat feature which is part of the LIVE workshops classroom.

Is there a gallery I can share my work in and view other layouts from the class?

Yes, we have a gallery for each class we run which means you can share and view finished projects from other participants.

I live overseas. Am I able to attend the class?

Absolutely. We would love to have you participate in our workshops. For the LIVE classes which have a specific timeslot(s), you can check the time here in Australia using the classroom clock to ensure you have the correct time for the class. However, if the times don’t co-ordinate for you, still come along to the class in your own time to complete the project.

Can I share my password with a friend?

No, we don’t allow you to share your password with a friend. Like with any private information it’s best not to share that information with anyone else so keep your password nice and private and just for you.
