Our retreat will be held at Sunsets At The Bay which is located inside the 4.5 star Oaks Pacific Bay Resort in the beautiful Port Stephens area. Read more about the resort here.
- 265 Sandy Point Road, Salamander Bay, NSW (Port Stephens). The resort is 20 minutes from Williamtown (Newcastle Airport) and an hour’s drive north of Newcastle NSW.
Our weekend is packed to the rafters with fun, surprises, inspiration and creativity with LOADS of workshops, giveaways, prizes, challenges, delightful make and take mini workshops, a market stall, delicious meals, luxury accommodation and lots of special touches to make this an event to remember. Most importantly this weekend is about having fun with like-minded new and old friends.
Our full weekend package is $515.00. What does the weekend package include?
- two nights accommodation twin share in a Studio Lagoon Apartment
- full hot & cold buffet breakfast each morning (Saturday & Sunday)
- entry to the Friday Night Live welcome night which includes a group workshop with Kim, prizes, challenges, giveaways, free scrapping time, games, make and takes and lots of fun surprises.

- 2 hour Tag Team workshop where Kim and the Support Team girls: Janelle Wind, Mardi Winen, Yvette Adams and Mel Nunn collaborate to bring you a fantastic mini book project.

Our Weekend Day Rate Package is $315.00 and is for those registrants who live locally or who wish to organise their own accommodation. The Day Rate Package includes everything listed in our Full Weekend Package BUT excludes accommodation and breakfasts.

PLEASE NOTE: Dinner is NOT included in either package however Sunsets offers several dining choices which you can read about here.
ADDITIONAL FUN - OPTIONAL EXTRA WORKSHOPS
As the @Home site is all about workshops and projects, we wanted to be able to bring you additional classes which are OPTIONAL EXTRAS (they are not included in your weekend package price). Each class is priced individually and you can choose, one, two or all three of our ADDITIONAL classes to add to your weekend package schedule.
We have THREE ADDITIONAL WORKSHOPS on offer which will run all day Saturday in a separate classroom space. Our three tutors are Kim Archer, Mardi Winen and Janelle Wind. Workshop prices and descriptions will be made available soon. Places are strictly limited.
MAKE & TAKES - mini workshops
Included in your weekend package is one MAKE AND TAKE class. Our make and takes are innovative, fun MINI classes which will be held over the weekend at various times. Projects have been designed to be completed in about 20 minutes.
We have an additional FOUR make and take mini classes run by Kim Archer, Yvette Adams, Janelle Wind and Mel Nunn. Purchase all FOUR make and takes for $35. The make and takes include all supplies and the girls will guide you through quick and easy but effective projects and ideas. You can purchase the MAKE & TAKE PACKAGE in the shop area once registration opens.

We are pleased to offer a NEW payment plan for those wishing to pay for their retreat booking in instalments. The payment plan consists of a $167.00 deposit (non refundable) and THREE monthly payments of $116.00 due August, September & October 2009. You will be billed on the 15st of each month and payment is expected strictly within seven days. THIS PAYMENT PLAN OFFER EXPIRES ON 15 AUGUST 2009
Your weekend package includes two nights twin share accommodation in a Studio Lagoon room.
These rooms are a hotel studio apartment (twinshare - two single beds) overlooking the lagoon. When booking, please nominate who you will be sharing with (if you know) in the comments section during the checkout process.
FOUR FRIENDS TOGETHER?
If you can get together a group of four, we can upgrade your accommodation to a luxurious two bedroom Duel Key Lagoon Apartment for no extra cost. We have a limited number of these two bedroom apartments available which consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (main with spa), full kitchen, lounge and dining room. The apartments are on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the lagoon.
They are strictly for FOUR persons only. Please nominate your group of four in the comments section on the website as you head through checkout.
